Another experiment where I could beat the evening hungry monster with a quick fix…

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients:

Lavash Bread ( I prefer wheat)

Black Olives ( pitted or you can cut them too)

Broccoli ( chopped fine)

Cheese

Steps:

Cut the lavash bread into 4 pieces

Line the baking sheet with aluminium sheet  and preheat the oven 350 degree

Put the four pieces side-by-side on the baking sheet

Spread butter or Cream cheeses ( optional), with it also it tastes good

Put the broccoli , olives and spread the grated cheese , sprinkle some black pepper

Pop it into the oven for about 10 min or till the cheese melts

Immediately take it out

Now time to Dig In!!!

 

Some other option: You can use left over vegetables or meat to add the flavor

I use toaster oven so I don’t need to preheat, you can try that

If you do not have an over, you can make this on low flame on the cooking range too
